RETURN – REFUND POLICY
If you decide not to proceed with an exchange, you can choose a refund in the form of Store Credit via our Exchange Centre.
- The Store Credit will be issued for the order value minus the exchange fee (₹99/-).
- Store Credit is valid for 120 days from the date of issuance.
- Validity can be extended upon request—just drop us a message on WhatsApp or email.
What is Store Credit?
Store Credit is a digital gift card issued by Shravinx, which:
Can be used towards any future purchase from https://shravinx.com
Holds the entire refunded value from your returned item (minus fees, if applicable)
Can be applied at checkout during your next purchase
Can be used partially or in full
- Note: Store Credit cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.
- How to Request a Refund as Store Credit?
- Scroll to the bottom of the Shravinx website
- Click on the ‘Exchange Centre’
- Enter your Order ID and email address
- Select your order and choose Refund as Store Credit as your resolution
- Confirm the refund request
- Your Store Credit will be issued to your Shravinx account within 24–48 business hours
