Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests are valid within 6 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchange is allowed for:

    • Size changes of the same product.

    • Different products (not part of combo or promotional offers).

  • Products bought under “Buy 2 for ₹1699/1999/2399” or “Buy 3 for ₹1899” offers are only eligible for size exchange of the same variant.

  • If the new item is of higher value, the customer pays the difference.

  • If the new item is of lower value, the difference is credited as Store Credit.

  • A nominal exchange fee of ₹99/- is applicable.

  • If desired size is unavailable, store credit (original value – ₹99) will be issued.

  • Store credit is valid for 120 days from the issue date.

Why ₹99/- Exchange Fee?
This covers reverse shipping, logistics, and handling charges.


What Cannot Be Exchanged

  • Accessories, innerwear, and socks

  • Sale items

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Used or soiled products

  • Requests without a valid unboxing video in case of defect/wrong/incomplete items


Damaged / Wrong / Incomplete Orders

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email your concern with a proper unboxing video to shravinx@gmail.com.

  • Unboxing video must:

    • Show all 4 sides, top & bottom of the parcel

    • Be continuous with no pauses or cuts

    • Clearly show the shipping label and product condition

Products returned used, or without the required video proof, will not be accepted.


Unboxing Rules for Returns & Exchanges

To process return/exchange for damaged/missing/wrong items:

  1. Video must show all sides of the parcel before opening.

  2. Unboxing should be in one continuous shot – no cuts/pauses.

  3. Product damage or item quantity must be visible on video.

  4. Submit the video within 48 hours of delivery.


Second Exchange Policy

  • No standard policy for second exchange.

  • However, if allowed, a shipping fee of ₹250/- plus any applicable difference must be paid.

  • Email your request to shravinx@gmail.com.


Pickup Timeline for Exchanges

  • Reverse pickup happens within 2–3 business days.

  • Pickup availability depends on the pincode serviceability.

    • If not serviceable, ship via IndiaPost Registered Parcel.

    • Reimbursement up to ₹99/- will be provided.


Exchange Product Dispatch

  • Once pickup is complete, you will receive a payment link for ₹99/- and any difference amount.

  • The exchanged item will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.


Pickup Failure

  • We make 3 attempts for reverse pickup.

  • If all fail, contact us on WhatsApp +91-7887885588 to reinitiate.


Return & Refund Policy

  • If you don’t want an exchange, opt for a Store Credit refund via the Exchange Centre.

  • Store Credit will be issued after deducting the ₹99/- fee.

  • Valid for 120 days.


Fraudulent Behaviour

Shravinx reserves the right to cancel any orders deemed inappropriate or fraudulent, without refund.
This includes:

  • Misuse of offers

  • Inappropriate communication

  • Any unethical conduct within the Shravinx community


How to Return/Exchange

  1. Go to the bottom of the site and click ‘Exchange Centre’

  2. Enter your Order ID and Email

  3. Select the order and provide:

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • 3 images (front, back, and tag)

    • Comments (if any)

  4. Choose:

    • New size/product (for exchange)

    • Store Credit (for refund)

  5. After approval:

    • Pickup will be scheduled

    • Pay ₹99/- via the link sent to your email

  6. Upon payment, the exchange item will be dispatched.

For Store Credit, confirmation will be shown post-approval. The credit will be processed within 24–48 business hours.
