A pickup fee of ₹120 per product will be charged for facilitating the return or exchange. This fee is prepaid and non-refundable.

If you are shipping the product back to us, ensure it is shipped within 7 days from the date of delivery. No return or exchange requests will be considered for products shipped back after this 7-day period.

4. Proof of Damage

In the event of a damaged product, we require an unboxing video as proof. Please ensure this is documented upon receipt of the package. This helps us to process your return, exchange, or refund efficiently.

5. Return Condition

Products must be returned in their original condition with tags intact. Any used, altered, or washed products will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

We offer exchanges for products that meet our return conditions. The exchanged product will be shipped after receiving the original product, which will undergo a quality check. The processing time for exchanges may vary based on the availability of the product.
