Dispatch of order(s) is subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate inventory on our website, but discrepancies may occur. If any item is out of stock after you place your order, we will:

Shipping Costs for Prepaid Orders
Free Shipping for orders with cart value ₹990/- or above.
For cart value below ₹990/-, a shipping fee of ₹99/- will apply.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur an additional ₹120/- COD charge.
Dispatch & Delivery Terms
Dispatch Time
Prepaid Orders: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.
COD Orders: Dispatched within 3–5 business days after confirmation via WhatsApp or call.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays and major festivals.
Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on location and courier accessibility.
Change of Delivery Address
To request a change in the delivery address, email shravinx@gmail.com with your Order ID and updated address.
Note: Address changes are only allowed before the order is dispatched.
Delivery Delays
If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, email shravinx@gmail.com with your Order ID and name, and we will investigate promptly.
Tracking Notifications
After dispatch, customers will receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to reflect updates from the courier partner.
Cancellations
Orders placed on shravinx.com cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Marked Delivered But Not Received
If your order is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, you must report it to us within 24 hours by emailing shravinx@gmail.com. We will raise an inquiry with the courier partner.

After placing a COD order, you will receive a confirmation request via WhatsApp or call within 24–48 hours.
Please respond promptly to avoid cancellation.
Unconfirmed COD orders will be automatically cancelled.
COD Challenges
Fake orders and incorrect delivery details cause operational issues.
Please ensure you provide accurate and complete address and active contact information.

Never pay ₹5–₹10 to “reactivate” your parcel.
Do not click suspicious links or share OTPs.
Only share OTPs with the delivery agent at your doorstep.
