Domestic Shipping

1. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.
2. COD Orders: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders do not qualify for free shipping. A base charge of ₹100 per order will be levied on all COD orders.
3. Dispatch Time: Goods are dispatched within 1-2 business days of order placement.
4. Shipping Time: Domestic shipments are typically delivered within 7-8 days from the dispatch date.
5. National Holidays: In the event of national holidays or Sundays, we will process your order on the next business working day.

International Shipping

1. Charges: For orders placed from outside India, additional shipping fees are charged per kilogram. The total shipping charges depend on the weight of the order parcel and are calculated at the time of checkout.
2. Tax and Duties: Please be aware that many countries impose import duties, customs charges, and taxes on shipped items. All such additional charges are to be borne directly by the customer upon delivery. We recommend checking your country’s tax policies before placing an order, as we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders.
3. Customs Charges: If the customer does not accept or pay any applicable customs charges for their international orders, we will not be liable for product exchanges, returns, or payment refunds.
4. Dispatch Time: Goods are dispatched within 3-5 business days of order placement.
